Sydney Erickson

Sydney Erickson is the Senior Operations Manager & Executive Assistant at the Food Allergy Science Initiative (FASI). In this role, she directly supports FASI’s CEO in managing day-to-day business operations and helps the organization’s team work efficiently across research, executive leadership, and Board priorities. She partners with FASI leadership and investigators to improve workflows, coordinate operational planning, and keep important initiatives moving forward.

Since joining FASI, Sydney has strengthened onboarding processes, improved operational compliance, and reduced administrative demands across the organization. She also plans and helps deliver major organizational events, including FASI’s annual scientific symposia, Board meetings, and strategic retreats.

Sydney earned an Executive Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California’s Sol Price School of Public Policy and a B.S. in Health Sciences from the University of Rhode Island.
