Carolina Alarco is Founder and Principal of Bio Strategy Advisors LLC, where she advises biotechnology, medical device, and digital health companies on business formation, fundraising, commercial strategy, and expansion into new markets. She spent 15 years at Genzyme in leadership roles that included Vice President, helping launch products internationally and develop new markets. She subsequently held President roles at Aegerion Pharmaceuticals and Novelion Therapeutics. A co-founder of Latinos in Bio, she also serves on the boards of MassBio, the Massachusetts General Physicians Organization, Syte.bio, Inc., and Dione Antibiotics, Inc. Her experience leading biotechnology companies and launching products internationally offers FASI insight into the business strategy, commercial planning, and industry relationships involved in bringing new treatments to patients.
